In June 2026, KEW Legal® closed the sale of a Coral Gables condominium on behalf of the sellers, completing the signing by remote online notarization.
The firm prepared the residential purchase and sale agreement and rider and submitted the package to the buyers for electronic signature — handling the transaction from contract preparation rather than joining after the terms had been set by someone else.
As the transaction progressed, KEW Legal® reviewed the sellers’ questions against the contract and responded directly, then drafted an addendum to the contract and circulated it to the parties.
When the buyer’s lender began to slow the timeline, the firm corresponded with the sellers and the closing agent and pressed the lender toward closing.
KEW Legal® prepared the sellers’ closing documents, transmitted them to the closing agent, and coordinated the remote online notarization with the vendor and the clients — allowing the sellers to close without traveling.
“Preparing the contract yourself changes the whole transaction,” said Kristina E. Wilson. “You are not spending the next sixty days working around somebody else’s form.”
