In June 2026, KEW Legal® closed the sale of a Coconut Grove residence on behalf of the seller.
The firm reviewed the purchase and sale agreement, negotiated its terms, and worked with the client on the closing deliverables the contract required. It reviewed the escrow letters and the title commitment, then coordinated with the closing agent on clearing title and resolving the items raised in the buyer’s inspection.

The firm drafted the seller’s closing documents, corresponded with the closing agent and the seller through successive revisions, walked the client through the signature package in person, and delivered the executed documents to the closing agent.
