Cathy Sobke, formerly known as Cathy Cole, has joined KEW Legal® as an associate attorney with over a decade of experience in business and real estate in South Florida. She has helped countless individuals and business purchase, sell, lease and refinance residential, agricultural, and commercial properties throughout the state. Cathy has handled everything from individuals purchasing their first home to a complex merger and acquisition of dozens of franchise locations. In addition to extensive transaction experience, Cathy also brings her ligation background to KEW Legal, having resolvedbusiness, contract, and real estate disputes for several years.

Cathy merges her passion for equestrian sports with her legal practice and assists clients with an array of equine legal issues. Clients from a variety of equestrian disciplines have sought Cathy’s assistance with equine matters, including purchase, sales, leases of horses and equestrian properties, breeding, horse injuries, and more.

Cathy was raised in Pennsylvania but relocated to South Florida in the mid-2000s. When not working, she enjoys spending time her young son and step-sons, family, and riding/ jumping her horse.
