Warren focuses his practice in the areas of Real Estate Development, Corporate, General Business Law and Legal Ethics.  Warren represents private investors, corporate entities and developers in high end residential acquisitions, development, construction, structuring, due diligence, closings, leasing, and refinancing of high-rise condominium and short-term rental projects in hospitality, apartment and condominium forms of ownership.  Warren maintains a “hands on” role and provides a central role in the leadership and management in the companies he represents.  He has held numerous positions of trust while building his private law practice as well as in-house legal departments.

Warren has more than 30 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, has been involved in the creation and implementation of strategic business growth initiatives, corporate governanceand regulatory compliance. Warren has served as independent legal counsel, general counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for select high net worth privately held, family-owned investment companies providing direct oversite and management of his client’s legal administration, corporate legal needs, contract, litigation, insurance, leasing, entitlement work and day-to-day development activities including the supervision of outside and staff counsel.

Previously,Warren served as executive vice president and general counsel for Dezer Development, LLC in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., where he negotiated, drafted, oversaw and enforced complex business transactions, contracts, LOIs, MOUs, agreements, trademark matters and much more. Warren has deep rooted relationships with a broad range of law firms throughout the United States, Europe and South America having managed these firms as outside counsel for his clients in complex business transactions.

Some of the projects that Warren has been involved with include but are not limited to Trump Towers, Trump Grande, Porsche Design Tower Miami, Residences by Armani Casa, Brickell House, Centro Condominium, Niido Orlando, Niido Nashville, Natiivo Austin, Miami and Dallas and Lofty Brickell.

Warren also served as federal court appointed Receiver and Trustee for seized Savings and Loans and EDGE Act Corporations.  Warren continues to serve onmultiple professional, business, civic and non-profit boards and organizations and is a member of and has served as Chairman of the Client Security Fund of the Florida Bar and currently is a board member and Treasurer of the American Corporate Counsel Association, South Florida.  Warren also lecturesand presents in the areas of legal ethics and compliancewith  Corporate Governance and Regulatory Affairs at Municipal, County, State and Federal levels.

Warren received a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finances from Florida International University. A member of the Florida and Texas Bars, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Tax Court along with federal appellate and district courts.

Warren is married and is the proud father of two successful attorneys who also practice in federal and state court jurisdictions.
