If you need a vendor supply agreement dispute lawyer in Florida, start by reading what the contract says and which deadlines it sets. KEW Legal, with offices in Coral Gables and Sunny Isles Beach, helps business owners review these agreements across Miami-Dade, Broward, and South Florida.

What a Supply or Distribution Contract Dispute Involves

A supply or distribution contract dispute is a disagreement over how goods are ordered, priced, delivered, or ended under a business agreement.

A supply agreement covers a supplier that sells and delivers goods or inputs on a recurring basis. A distribution agreement lets a distributor resell goods, often with a set territory, exclusivity, minimum purchases, and pricing rules. Many businesses put both in one document.

These disputes usually involve:

Unpaid invoices or surcharges nobody agreed to

Late, short, or nonconforming shipments

Minimum purchase shortfalls

Territory or exclusivity conflicts

Terminations or refusals to honor renewal and notice terms

The firm works with manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, distributors, and dealers.
